Shipping Policy

Please note that shipping dates, delivery dates, and timeframes for processing returns and refunds are estimates only and not guaranteed. We can only fulfill domestic orders to home and office addresses. DUNAMIS MART does not ship internationally.

Item(s) that are unworn, unwashed, and unaltered, or items that you believe have a manufacturer's defect, may be returned within 3 days from the date of purchase. Your refund will reflect the total amount you paid for the product(s) you are returning. However, you will not be refunded any original shipping costs you may have paid for the delivery of the product(s) to you. The product will be delivered to the customer within 5 to 7 working days.

E-COMMERCE FRAUD AND PREVENTION

Chargeback fraud - Also called “friendly fraud”, chargeback fraud occurs when a customer makes a purchase and then falsely claims that they didn't receive the product or service -or that it was unauthorised - in order to receive a refund from their bank. 

ITS PREVENTION - IF THIS HAPPENS WITH ANY BUSINESSMAN AND THE CUSTOMER IS NOT CO-OPERATING WITH THE SALES EXECUTIVE TEAM AND NOT PROVIDING THE SUFFICIENT INFORMATION REQUIRED, REPETEDLY  MISBEHAVING ,SHALL NOT BE ENTERTAINED. In that type of case the customer will have only 24 hours for their queries to be entertained, Since the status of the product is shown that the product has been DELIEVERED by proving OTP . The customer needs to provide necessary proofs required by the TEAM in search of the product.

TRACKING ORDERS

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-2 business days after the order has been placed. The confirmation will contain shipment details, your tracking number. To Track the order, click on the tracking number given on the confirmation message.
