Return & Refund Policy

All returns must be authorized within 3 days of receipt of shipment for a credit.

It is  mandatory to make a video of the parcel while opening it , once you received the product from the delivery agent. Incase if the customer returns or replace the product, it will be easier for the company to do so since the video will justify if there is any breakage of product or the product is damaged, so the company will return or replace the product according to the desire of the customers. The recorded video must be a single video starting from opening the product till testing the proper functioning of the product. Our Team will properly examine that video, if they are satisfied then only the product will be replaced or returned.
